Delivery Information

1. Does Floral Hub have international deliveries, or is it only available in India?
Our delivery services are currently only available in India, and we ship across all the central geographical locations, both metro and non-metro.
2. How do I place an order on Floral Hub?
For placing an order on our website, here are a few quick steps:

  • Click on 'Buy Now.'
  • Select any add-ons if you like and proceed toward the checkout.
  • Fill up the details here and complete your payment.
3. Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We offer specific delivery times through our in-house partner delivery services. We cannot guarantee the exact time, but the delivery for a selected date is available. All courier products are delivered through our premier courier partners, and information about a courier product can be viewed on the product page.
4. What are the different delivery options?
We offer three different delivery choices for the convenience and preferences of our customers, i.e., take away, delivery through the courier, and in-house delivery.
Delivery through courier is our standard method and is available in PAN India. Takeaway and in-house deliveries are presently available at selected locations only. To know more about deliveries, enter your zip code and choose the best option.
5. What are the delivery charges?
We provide free delivery. But for express delivery, Specific time delivery and midnight delivery we charge nominal and it’s depending on the product/service and the delivery destination. We also offer a takeaway delivery option from our selected addresses. Enter your zip code to find out the options available to you.
6. Is it possible to keep your personal information confidential while delivering gifts for someone?
Yes, it is possible. We understand the need for anonymity. While placing your order, enter the sender's name as 'Surprise' so your identity remains undisclosed.
7. How do I track my order?
We currently do not provide the track order on our website. However, you can still track your order through the Courier Tracking Id, which we shall share while shipping your order.

Payment

8. What are the available modes of payment?
We accept payment through debit and credit cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and direct bank transfers.
9. What should I do if the page doesn't load and the money is deducted?
We strive to offer maximum accuracy on our website, but in case of any payment deductions without order confirmation, write us at info@floralhub.in, and we shall resolve it for you.

Cancellation

10. When can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations can arise, and we may allow cancellations. For orders that require shipment through courier, cancellation requests must be made 72 hours before delivery, and for takeaway and in-house delivery, requests must be made 24 hours before delivery. Refund, Replacement, Modification, and Return

11. Can I request the replacement of a product?
No, we do not offer any replacements for the products, as all our products are perishable. However, in case of damaged goods, missing or wrong products, you can write to us at info@floralhub.in, and we shall try our best to resolve it through the best convenient measures.
12. Can I initiate a return for an item?
We do not allow returns for our items or accept returns for perishable products. However, if you have received a damaged, incorrect, missing, or low-quality article, please contact us at info@floralhub.in within 24 hours of delivery.
We strive our best to deliver the best quality products and services. Still, in case of any grievances, we shall seek to resolve them by either redelivering or compensating for the same through our Floral Hub gift vouchers, which shall be valid for six months.
However, please note that Floral Hub shall not be liable for any returns under the following circumstances-
  • complaint made after 24 hours of delivery
  • the incorrect delivery address provided,
  • unsuccessful delivery due to recipient unavailability,
  • the recipient refuses the product.
13. When will I receive the refund?
The refund shall be processed within the next ten working days from the date of cancellation.
14. Can I make modifications to my order?
Modifications to the order are only allowed before 72 hours of delivery; once the product is shipped or created for personalized florals, we shall not allow any request for modifications. For modification requests, write to us at info@floralhub.in.

We offer the best prices for our customers and have regular discounts and coupons on the website. For bulk orders, we also offer special deals.
