Shipping and Delivery
At Floral Hub, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality flowers and the best delivery service possible. Our shipment policy is designed to ensure that your flowers are delivered fresh and on time and hence, we offer three sort of delivery options, i.e take away, delivery through courier, and in- house delivery.
For takeaway deliveries, the customer must collect the ordered product from our address and it shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product is picked up on time.
For shipment deliveries, we offer our products and services in PAN India and partner with a leading shipment and logistics provider to ensure that the products are delivered on time. However we do not have any control over unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances and hence do not guarantee 100 % Timely delivery but we will try our best to do all the delivery in maximum 3 to 4 working days.
For orders which required express, fix time and midnight deliveries Floral Hub pvt.ltd shall charge a nominal fee, which shall be paid in advance along with the fees of the product The attempt for delivery will be made only once and no request for an address Change shall be entertained, once the product has been dispatched.
If the delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to anyone else and shall be considered delivered if the recipient is not available. If the recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.
In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
We deliver across all requested locations like hospitals, hotels, corporate offices, etc., and shall try to proceed with in-hand delivery but in case of rules and regulations say otherwise, we shall abide by them.
