Welcome to Floral Hub, a flower services and decor company providing event decor, floral delivery, personalized flower, floral subscription, branding, and gifting services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. www.floralhub.in is a website owned and operated by Floral Hub Pvt. Ltd., registered in Gujarat, and provides a wide range of flower products and services, including but not limited to flower delivery services, floral arrangements, personalized flowers and subscriptions, event decor, corporate and branding gifting solutions and other floral services.
2. The user agrees that all the content mentioned in this website is owned, used, and controlled by Floral Hub Pvt. Ltd and cannot be transferred, reproduced, or distributed for any other purpose or commercial use without the express written permission of Floral Hub Pvt Ltd, and any violation thereof shall be considered a breach of copyright and proprietary rights of the company.
3. Floral Hub offers a wide range of floral services, including personalization and while we strive to provide the best and 100% customer satisfaction for our customers with our products, we do not guarantee complete accuracy and issue warranties of any kind, since the products are perishable.
4. Payment and Taxes
   • All orders for our services must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. The payment for all online orders must be made in advance and for shipping and delivery, extra charges shall be levied upon
   • Payment for our services can be made via credit card, debit card, UPI wallets, or online banking. All prices listed on our website are in Indian currency, ₹, and are subject to change without notice.
   • For all the transactions and fees for products, convenience fees and taxes shall apply separately as per the requirements of the law and shall have to be borne by the customer.
   • You must pay the Product Price, Delivery Fees, and applicable Taxes when placing your order. We accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, online wallets, and online banking.
   • We do not offer refunds for any payments made, except as stated in our Terms and Conditions. If any payments are not received on time, we reserve the right to charge late fees. If any payments are overdue, you will be responsible for paying any collection costs, attorney's fees, and court costs incurred in collecting past-due amounts.
5. Discounts and offers: We have special offers and discounts for our customers on special occasions and all the offers are subject to discretion and availability. The offers and promotions cannot be guaranteed or clubbed together and the decision of the Floral Hub team shall be final.
6. Order Modifications: Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 48 hours of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and the order would not be canceled. Cancellation charges of 10% are applicable on all cancellation requests.
7. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in special circumstances and advance cancelation. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
8. Since flower arrangements are hand-made, the picture may vary slightly from the picture. However, it will be made sure that the flower arrangement delivered is as close as possible to the given description/ photograph.
9. Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.We, however, reserve the right to substitute the flowers (Including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of no availability of the desired product.
10. The product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.) mentioned in the product photos are approximate and the actual product may differ as the products are handmade.
11. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Floral Hub Pvt. Ltd shall be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/services offered on the site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall Floral Hub Pvt. Ltd. be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise exceeding the amount paid by the user for that specific service/product.
12. To provide our customers with the most current information, Floral Hub Pvt. Ltd, will, from time to time, make changes in the material and the products/services described on this Site. The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders, and prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Any prices used on this Site may differ from your area's actual selling prices. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.
13. Suppose the user has any questions, doubts, or needs clarification regarding any of the terms & conditions set out herein. In case you have doubts, please seek clarifications from us through email (support@foralhub.in) and wait for written clarification.
14. The user of Floral Hub Pvt. Ltd. is presumed to have read all the terms and conditions herein and FAQ and is deemed to have agreed, understood, and accepted all the terms, conditions, procedures, and risks of using the services unconditionally and cannot at any time claim ignorance of any or all of them. In case of disputes between the parties concerning any provision, both parties shall agree to settle the dispute amicably through arbitration or in the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
15. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
16. Furthermore, by agreeing to our terms and conditions, you consent that Floral Hub can send transactional and promotional SMS, Calls, What’s app & Emails on my registered id & number.
